International Builders’ Show: At the Forefront of New Home Technology (Brilliant)

By Star Report 2 min read

The home building industry is not going anywhere. It has been, and will continue to be, one of the longest-standing industries because, quite simply, people need homes to live in! Although we can expect that the industry will be alive and well for years to come, this does not by any stretch of the imagination mean that it will not see change.

In fact, this industry is on its way to changing drastically with the continuous rise of new in-home technology. As a home builder, new home sales company, or real estate professional, it is extremely important to stay up to date on the technological disruption in the works as we speak.

The International Builders’ Show takes place every year to showcase the best of what is happening in the home building and real estate space, and this year’s conference is right around the corner! Whether you plan on attending or not, we have dialed in on some of the most intriguing technology-related booths at the show to keep an eye out for– both in person at the show or online via their website.

“Smart” technology has taken the world by storm on all fronts, and the homebuilding industry is certainly no different in this respect. Brilliant allows users to control virtually all smart devices in their home from a single in-house tablet or their app. Additionally, the technology allows for complete control of temperature, music, door locks, and all lighting within the house. This cordless, wireless, and intuitive home automation system provides security, ease of access, ease of use, and a central hub for your home maintenance needs.

With the ability to be installed in minutes, Brilliant replaces in-house light switches, grants control over all in-house smart technology, and takes the complication out of setting up a new home.

Be sure to check Brilliant out at booth SU343.
