By providing a User Submission, you grant New Home Star a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works from the User Submission for business, operational, marketing, recruiting, customer service, compliance, legal, and related purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to review, edit, remove, refuse, disable, or restrict any User Submission at our sole discretion.
You agree that all information you submit through the Site is true, accurate, current, and complete. If you submit information on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for updating information as necessary and for ensuring that any contact information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or is provided with proper authorization.

New Home Star may offer SMS or text messaging programs to individuals who have opted in through New Home Star’s website, forms, event registrations, consultations, assessments, webinars, employment or business interactions, or other communications.
Opt-in is collected through web forms or other consent mechanisms, including dedicated SMS consent checkboxes where applicable.
Messages may include responses to inquiries, meeting confirmations and reminders, event updates, service-related communications, customer support messages, employment or recruiting communications, business-related notifications, marketing messages where permitted, and other communications related to your interaction with New Home Star.
Consent to SMS Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from New Home Star at the number provided.
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with New Home Star and the services, programs, or information requested.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the same number that sent you messages. After you send STOP, we may send you a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.
To rejoin, sign up again using the same method you used initially, or otherwise provide renewed consent.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration provisions below, the exclusive venue for any court proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be the state or federal courts located in or serving DuPage County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating arbitration or filing a legal claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting New Home Star at:

Your notice should include your name, contact information, a description of the dispute, and the relief you seek.
New Home Star will also attempt to resolve disputes informally where appropriate. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after notice is received, either party may proceed as permitted under these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and New Home Star agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, communications with New Home Star, or your relationship with New Home Star through the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court.
The arbitration shall be administered by a neutral arbitration provider mutually agreed by the parties or, if the parties cannot agree, by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.
The arbitration shall take place in DuPage County, Illinois, unless the parties agree to remote proceedings or another location.
The arbitrator shall have authority to award the same individual remedies that a court could award, subject to the limitations and exclusions in these Terms. The arbitrator shall apply Illinois law, consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act where applicable.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property, confidential information, data security, or other urgent rights pending completion of arbitration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and New Home Star agree that any dispute resolution proceeding, whether in arbitration or court, shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative action.
You and New Home Star each waive the right to participate in, bring, maintain, or receive relief from any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
If any portion of this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief shall proceed only to the extent necessary in a court of competent jurisdiction and shall be stayed pending arbitration of all arbitrable claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and New Home Star knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your use of the Site.
The arbitration requirement does not apply to:
● Individual claims that may properly be brought in small claims court;
● Claims seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, data security, confidentiality, or misuse of the Site;
● Claims that, by law, cannot be required to be arbitrated.
Any permitted court proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving DuPage County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to particular areas of the Site or specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and New Home Star regarding your use of the Site.
