Chicago, IL (August 24, 2015) - New Home Star's specialty in selling entry-level, move-up and executive housing will be expanding to new property arenas with its newly launched Urban and Destinations Division. From tropical condo to metro mid-rise, this division will focus on luxury homes in diverse destinations. It will allow sales agents to expand business opportunities, as well as work to satisfy the rising demand of urban housing.
"By adding destination and urban properties, we become a better employer of great sales professionals and a better service provider to our builder and developer partners with diverse property interest," says Founder David Rice. New Home Star's Urban and Destinations Division will allow for exposure to a unique new set of U.S. and international properties, while keeping the same key values of selling traditional homes and providing expert sales and marketing services.
Appointed to lead the Urban and Destinations Division is Dina L. Lieber, with 20 years of experience in new construction sales management. She has also been associated with the sales and marketing of thousands of residential homes in master-planned, urban multi-family, conversion, mixed-use and luxury resort developments. Lieber has been the recipient of industry awards such as Master of Residential Marketing in 2000 and Silver Marketing Director of the Year in 2005. Her expertise will spearhead the convergence between New Home Star's robust traditional services and its entry into urban and destination sales.
