New Home Star Leaders Attend Quarterly Director Training in Chicago

Chicago, IL - From May 18-20, New Home Star hosted its Q2 Director Training in Chicago, Illinois at Navy Pier. This three-day initiative brought together the organization’s Leadership and Corporate teams for rigorous training centered around the theme, “Game On,” which focused on the power of winning together in a new era. 

“The time is now, and I have the utmost confidence that our teams are going to keep transforming this industry in ways we’ve never seen before,” says New Home Star Founder, David Rice. “This QDT took a deep dive into what to expect and how to prepare for the future.” The program consisted of classroom-style training, break-out groups, and collaborative discussions on strategic initiatives for the year, a state of the market address, and tactical training to prepare for the market to soften. 

“Big things are happening at NHS, and this event highlighted all the amazing milestones to come,” says New Home Star President, Tom Chisholm. On Wednesday night, attendees enjoyed a Chicago Cubs game at Wrigley Field. Following tradition during the event, New Home Star announced its Director of the Quarter for Q1 as Lindsay Klaassen.
