Ignite Innovation: New Home Star Hosts Seventh Annual Sales Rally in Cancun, Mexico

Chicago, IL - On September 19-21, 2023, New Home Star hosted its seventh annual Sales Rally on the sunny beaches of Cancun, Mexico. This three-day event featured comprehensive training, recognition, and many team-building activities. Centered around the “Ignite Innovation” theme, our teams returned with a new spark of motivation to implement innovative ideas across processes and strategies — all refined throughout this event.

National sales leaders and agents gathered together to share and collaborate on ideas that will ignite competitive sales strategies throughout New Home Star and address future shifts in the industry. “We know change in our industry is coming, and we want to stay ahead of it. Our immersive, hands-on training led to many cutting-edge and forward-thinking strategic initiatives that we are excited about,” says New Home Star Founder, David Rice.

The three-day initiative also included several workshops hosted by seasoned industry experts and executives within New Home Star. ”Every year we host a Sales Rally, we are amazed by the new heights we reach from gathering and collaborating with top agents and sales leaders around the nation,” says Vice President of Organizational Development Keith McKinney. “This year was no exception.”

Training was not the only highlight of this initiative. We also had an award ceremony to reward our top performers. These awards recognized our top sales performers, New Home Connect™ users, online sales professionals, corporate, and sales leadership.
