As Sales Director for the Southwest Florida division of Maronda Homes, Pam is responsible for developing sales strategies, hiring and training sales teams, maintaining builder-client relationships, developing resident programs, and collaborating with builder operations. She spearheads awareness and engagement operations with the local realtor base and residents to grow brand awareness and expand the reach of her builder partner.

 

Pam received her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Psychology. She holds real estate broker licenses in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. She is a Licensed Real Estate Instructor in Georgia and previously held Series 7, Series 65, and Series 63 Licenses and Mortgage Licenses. She previously worked as the Southwest US Regional Manager for Redfin, is the Founder of Quarters Real Estate which sold to Coldwell Banker, and is the Founder of Propel Franchising, a financial and business advisement service for professional athletes and entertainers. Pam also served as an Advisory Board Member for the Retired NBA Players Association. She is presently a member of numerous Realtor Associations. 

 

Pam is a giving person, sharing her time and resources to coach others in the field and even help animals and children in need. Both of her children are adopted, and she strives to give her family the best possible life, taught through experiences. She works to give back to others and is active in dog and cat rescues.
