As a Senior Recruiter, Michelle focuses on attracting and hiring top talent for Challenger Homes, Maronda Midwest, Vantage Homes, and Creative Homes divisions. She partners closely with leadership teams to influence hiring decisions, screen candidates, and plan and host engaging career events. With a strong sourcing mindset, Michelle is known for her creative outreach and ability to identify talent early, often connecting with candidates before they are actively searching.

Michelle brings a background rooted in recruiting, writing, and brand storytelling. She holds a degree in Communications and Public Relations from Elmhurst University and has completed certifications in Influencer Marketing and Social Media. Her experience spans digital copywriting, social media management, admissions counseling, and brand representation — skills that naturally translate into her recruiting approach, where authenticity, connection, and employer brand are key. In 2024, she completed New Home Star’s Mentoring and Educating New Sales Associates (MENSA) Program and was recognized in the top 25% of LinkedIn Recruiters and top 7% for candidate pipelining.

Outside of work, Michelle is passionate about fashion, content creation, and authentic self-expression. She enjoys building her personal brand, connecting with other creators, and showing up genuinely online.
