As Recruiting Manager, Michelle leads the recruitment team, focusing on operational excellence, process refinement, and talent development. She provides strategic guidance and hands-on support, ensuring recruiting efforts remain efficient, aligned, and people-centered.

Collaborating closely with Human Resources, Michelle facilitates seamless communication and drives transformative projects. Passionate about empowering our recruiters and facilitating top-tier placements, she continually seeks ways to enhance the organization.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University. She has earned her Strategic Talent Acquisition Certification through AIHR and holds certifications from LinkedIn and Microsoft, focusing on the application of AI for managers. Outside of work, she enjoys circus arts, spending time with her dogs, hiking, and living in the tiny home she built.
