Jean Arjes

As a Business Operations Specialist, Jean Arjes’s major responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency and managing projects across different departments. She actively works on various projects across various teams to build the strongest collaborations possible. 

Jean started out working in the recruitment department at New Home Star and spent 4 years recruiting top talent before transitioning into a Business Operations Specialist.  She believes that if you love where you work, you'll never work a day in your life — and with great coworkers by her side, New Home Star makes that happen for her. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University and a certificate from Northwestern University in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She loves to travel and spend time with her cat, Potsie.
