Jean Arjes

As a Corporate Operations Manager, Jean oversees projects across all corporate departments, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency for sales teams. She collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to strengthen coordination and build effective, organization-wide partnerships. 
 
Jean began her career at New Home Star in the Recruitment Department, where she spent four years recruiting top talent before transitioning into Operations and progressing from a Business Operations Specialist to a management role. She believes that if you love where you work, you'll never work a day in your life — and with great coworkers by her side, New Home Star makes that happen for her. 
 
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Illinois State University and a certificate from Northwestern University in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Outside of work, she loves to travel and spend time with her cat, Potsie.
