New Home Star Hosts a Safari-Themed National Teleblitz

Chicago, IL (August 22, 2025) — On August 21, 2025, New Home Star hosted its bi-annual National Teleblitz, during which sales team members were challenged to set as many appointments as possible with past prospects and earn community Google reviews from their buyers. Team members surpassed the goal of 500 collective appointments and Google reviews, reaching 549 and garnering strong sales momentum ahead of the fall selling season.  

“Despite a delayed start to the spring selling season driven by economic conditions and affordability concerns, we are thrilled to see our teams supporting and challenging each other to achieve these ambitious goals,” says Senior Vice President Keith McKinney. “Their collective efforts have created immediate and sustained momentum that we expect to carry forward in the months ahead.”

In preparation for the event, New Home Star’s corporate team planned a safari-themed night and distributed curated themed kits to each sales division to engage and motivate their teams during this contest. Throughout the evening, team members were invited to tune into a Zoom livestream hosted by the corporate support office. At the same time, they “dialed for dollars”  via phone calls to their backlog and interest lists. New Home Connect™, the company’s sales enablement platform, served as the hub where all attendees could follow along with the festivities and log their appointments and reviews in real time.
