New Home Star Leaders Attend Quarterly Director Summit in Detroit, Michigan

Chicago, IL — From May 15-17, 2024, New Home Star hosted its Quarterly Director Summit in Detroit, Michigan. This three-day event unites leaders nationally to devise and implement robust action plans that provide lasting impacts in our local markets. This year’s theme, “Go Further,” focuses on going the extra mile to be proactive, solution-oriented partners.

“We strive to go above and beyond for our builder partners and refine our services. This summit provides a way to unite and challenge our teams to think outside the box with leaders across the country to continue this goal,” says New Home Star Founder David Rice. “Since the event's conclusion, our leaders have been exhilarated to implement the practical insights and action items composed during the summit alongside peers with decades of expertise.”

The program consisted of classroom-style training, break-out groups, and collaborative discussions on strategic planning. Focused on transcending conventional expectations, attendees thoroughly analyzed every facet of their roles to discover innovative ways for New Home Star to enhance their services to be solution-oriented. 

An award ceremony was held during the event, which recognized Stehly Reden and Loveless Decuir as  New Home Star’s Sales Leader of the Quarter for Q4 2023 and Q1 2024. Those awarded this prestigious accolade demonstrate the highest excellence in their skills, determination, and overall performance.

In this ever-changing industry, having a strong foundation with sales training tactics for new home sales teams is paramount.
