New Home Star’s Mary Lindeman Named a Forty Under 40 Honoree

Chicago, IL - Pro Builder has unveiled its annual Forty under 40 list of rising stars in the home building industry. New Home Star’s Mary Lindeman, Vice President of Builder Operations, is among the honorees profiled in this year’s March/April issue. From a competitive field across the country, 15 women and 25 men were selected as recipients of this highly competitive award.

Pro Builder stated that one trait this year’s honorees demonstrated was the ability to pivot during the pandemic. Their accomplishments included generating record sales volume using a variety of tactics: launching an all-virtual home shopping experience, doubling leads by creating and growing online sales teams, building a digital platform that targets buyer groups, and training staff in how to engage prospects during an online buying journey.

The 2022 recipients represent a wide swath of industry professionals, from sales and project managers, senior leaders, and founders and presidents of custom and production home building companies to those focused on digital marketing, architecture, warranty service, development, and legal issues; the class also includes those supporting the industry, such as with customer surveys and third-party online channels to discover new homes and design trends. They’re also dedicated to their communities, serving in a variety of volunteer and fundraising roles to support causes such as affordable housing, health crises, and industry advocacy.
