New Home Star Named EBN’s Best HR Teams

Chicago, IL (March 17, 2025) — Employee Benefit News (EBN) has named New Home Star one of the nation’s Best HR Teams. This annual program, created by EBN in partnership with Best Companies Group, identifies, recognizes, and celebrates outstanding HR teams that positively impact their organizations and workforce.

Companies from across the United States participated in a two-part survey process, the first of which evaluated each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

To be considered for participation, companies must have a facility in the United States, employ at least 15 employees in the United States, and have been in business for at least one year. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
