New Home Star Hosts Sales Leadership and Mentorship Workshop in Chicago

Chicago, IL (Feb 26, 2026) — Following a competitive application process, select New Home Star team members were invited to participate in a comprehensive leadership and mentorship program in Chicago in mid-January, further advancing their professional development and career growth within the organization.

“Creating space for our team members to learn from one another and expand their perspectives is essential to how we grow as an organization,” said Senior Vice President Keith McKinney. “This training provides an opportunity to share ideas, strengthen connections, and invest in the continued development of our people.”

Members participated in an exclusive training program called MENSA, which stands for Mentoring and Educating New Sales Associates. Throughout this three-day workshop, attendees gained insight into their expanded responsibilities and participated in sessions aimed at strengthening mentorship skills and professional effectiveness.

After the event, MENSA participants will continue training through virtual conference calls and watch training modules with real-world applications on New Home Star’s proprietary platform, New Home Connect™️.
