Stephanie serves as a Community Launch Specialist and Sales Training Leader supporting Maronda Homes across the Southeast region, with reach spanning Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Beyond new community launches, her role also includes sales training, coaching, and field-based support across active communities, ensuring teams are prepared, confident, and aligned at every stage of the sales lifecycle.

Stephanie’s career progression reflects New Home Star’s commitment to creating meaningful career growth for its people. She began her journey as a trainee and has served in multiple roles across the organization, including Sales Associate and Sales Director. This intentional development has given her a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of the business from the ground up, allowing her to lead and coach with credibility, empathy, and precision.

Stephanie is known for her ability to build trust quickly, strengthen Sales Associate engagement, and foster environments where teams feel supported, invested, and motivated to perform at a high level. She places a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence, believing that engaged teams are built through strong relationships, consistent presence, and thoughtful leadership.

Her background includes project management, operations leadership in the health insurance industry, and large-scale organizational initiatives. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, bringing both disciplined process thinking and people-centered leadership to her work.

Outside of work, Stephanie is passionate about faith, family, and service. She is active in her local church and values building strong communities both professionally and personally. She enjoys traveling, exploring new cities and food cultures, and spending time with her husband and three children.
