Stehly Reden serves as Senior Sales Director for Challenger Homes and National Builder Group (NBG), providing both strategic and tactical sales leadership for New Home Star and its builder partners. He supports multiple divisions across several states, focusing on day-to-day execution and long-term planning to drive sales performance, increase builder margins, and strengthen preferred-lender partnerships. Known for his ability to win business through in-person engagement, Stehly is equally effective at motivating teams to consistently exceed expectations.

 

Stehly attended Brigham Young University and Texas A&M University–Kingsville, and played professional football as a tight end in the NFL and AAF for two years. Teamwork, discipline, and accountability are foundational to his leadership style. He is highly regarded as a mentor and role model for emerging sales leaders, offering practical guidance, perspective, and steady support. He thrives on solving complex problems and values being in a position where he can deliver real solutions.

 

Outside of work, Stehly is a devoted family man focused on building a life that allows his children to pursue their goals and dreams while giving back in meaningful ways. He lives with his wife, Andrea, and their three sons, Stone (six), Cash (four), and Colt (four). In his free time, he enjoys golf, surfing, and boating.
