Ryan Ralston

As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, Ryan’s responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring a favorable interview process, conducting department training, providing support to fellow recruiters, and nurturing relationships with company leadership. He primarily recruits talent for Hayden and Simplicity Homes in the Pacific Northwest.

In his current role, Ryan enjoys the opportunity to help candidates find the right career for them. He appreciates the relationships he has built with those he has helped hire, and he takes pride in seeing them succeed — whether they have grown into leadership roles or are crushing sales goals. Most importantly, Ryan loves collaborating with the Corporate Support Office and embraces New Home Star's team-oriented culture.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Managerial Skills from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is currently in his sixth year of coaching basketball with one of the top high schools in the Chicagoland area and with the largest AAU program in Illinois. Ryan is an avid Chicago Cubs fan who enjoys exploring everything the city has to offer, playing sand volleyball with his colleagues, and traveling to new places.
