Rachael DeMaggio

Client Success

As a Client Success Manager with New Home Star, Rachael brings a strategic, results-oriented approach to driving sales performance and builder success. She specializes in building and scaling high-performing sales organizations by aligning people, process, and strategy to deliver a differentiated customer experience throughout the home buying journey. With a focus on sustainable growth and long-term partnerships, Rachael works closely with builder leadership to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business impact.

 

Since joining New Home Star as a Sales Trainee in 2016, Rachael has progressed through multiple leadership roles, completing both the Leadership Development Program (LDP) and MENSA programs, and earning a Prosci certification. Her experience spans five builders across six divisions, providing her with a well-rounded and strategic perspective on the new construction industry. Rachael is deeply motivated by developing people through coaching, supporting, and celebrating her teams as they grow individually and collectively toward shared goals.

 

Rachael is actively involved in Grace Hospice, Women in Construction MN, and the New Home Star Wellness Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, yoga, running, and spending time at the cabin with her family.
