Payton Jenkins

As a Senior Recruiter, Payton leads national recruiting efforts for New Home Star, supporting both field and corporate hiring initiatives. Her primary focus is recruiting new home sales leaders, ensuring strong alignment with business goals, company culture, and performance standards. She also supports corporate recruiting, the National Builder Group (NBG), Garman Builders, and the Online Sales Consultant (OSC) division, delivering a high-quality candidate experience through strategic sourcing and thoughtful assessment.

Payton holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Wichita State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation from Kansas State University. In 2024, she completed the Mentoring and Educating New Sales Associates (MENSA) Corporate Program, further strengthening her strategic and analytical approach to talent acquisition.

Driven by a belief that her work makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives, Payton is motivated by connecting the right talent with opportunities where they can truly thrive. She values the relationships she builds through her work and is especially grateful for the team she collaborates with every day. Outside of work, Payton enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing pickleball, reading, catching a good movie, and taking long walks with her dog, Boots.
