As a Sales Director at New Home Star, Mary Riley leads sales teams across the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton markets. She partners closely with builder clients to launch communities, drive traffic, and convert opportunities into sold homes, while building strong, accountable teams positioned for long-term success. Known for her high-energy, straight-talk leadership style, Mary blends strategy, marketing, and technology with hands-on execution to create momentum in both established and emerging markets.

 

Mary brings extensive experience in new home sales and sales leadership, having held leadership roles across multiple high-performing organizations prior to joining New Home Star. She has completed ongoing professional training in sales leadership, market strategy, and customer experience. Deeply invested in coaching and mentorship, Mary is passionate about developing future leaders, fostering confidence, and creating cultures where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.

 

Outside of work, Mary prioritizes time with her family and enjoys traveling, staying active through pickleball and horseback riding, and spending time with friends. She is a proud mom to her two boys, Zack and Grayson, and values building a life rooted in connection, balance, and shared experiences. The same energy, authenticity, and people-first mindset she brings to her leadership carries through everything she does.
