As Sales Director for our Hayden Homes division in Oregon, Kayla leads sales operations across the state, overseeing team performance, community strategy, and market execution. She manages and develops sales teams through one-on-one coaching and structured sales systems, while guiding community setup and launch strategies, pricing, homesite premiums, and incentive planning. Her role also includes supporting negotiations, overcoming objections, and analyzing market data to determine competitive positioning.

Kayla is deeply committed to coaching and developing others, both professionally and personally. She brings a hands-on leadership style focused on building confidence, empowering growth, and helping individuals step into their full potential. Operationally, she enjoys the strategic side of the business, including pricing decisions, floor plan positioning, and aligning community strategy with market demand.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time outdoors through hiking, yoga, and paddle-boarding, as well as reading and spending time with her dogs and family. Guided by a belief in inspiring confidence and fostering growth, she is driven to create environments where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.
