Grace Hasten

As a Sales Director with Hayden Homes, Grace oversees multiple communities while providing steady leadership, coaching, and strategic support to her sales team. Known for her people-first approach and calm, consistent leadership style, she plays a key role in driving performance, developing talent, and supporting the overall success of the organization.

Grace brings a diverse professional background that strengthens her leadership in new home sales. Prior to joining New Home Star, she worked as a technical recruiter and account manager with Insight Global, served in contract management and financial analysis with United Launch Alliance, and held an account management role selling EMS software. This breadth of experience allows her to coach sales associates with both analytical insight and real-world sales expertise. Through her execution of the Triangle Offense, Grace has helped countless buyers achieve homeownership while mentoring sales professionals to grow into confident, trusted advisors.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys strength training, Lagree Fitness, and hiking in the Boise Foothills. She loves spending time with her husband, Ryan, and their son, Crew, and values family, balance, and connection in all areas of life.
