David Garcia

As Sales Director for Simplicity Homes West, David oversees the recruitment and training of New Home Advisors in the Oregon and Southwest Washington region. He collaborates with the Executive Team to set sales goals and budgets and motivates the sales team to exceed these goals. 

He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Texas- Rio Grande Valley and from the University of Phoenix. With over 23 years of experience in New Home Sales and Sales Management, David has been able to work with volume builders throughout Texas and the Pacific Northwest. Alongside his team, David is passionate about progress, helping those he works with improve, and being a part of someone’s home build dream.

David enjoys spending time with his family, whether traveling, watching college football or Major League baseball, or having a BBQ. He also loves to serve in his local church, volunteering wherever help is needed.
