As Sales Director for Maronda Homes’ Pittsburgh division, Crystal leads with a blend of strategic focus and genuine care. She oversees training, coaching, recruitment, and performance development, while cultivating strong relationships with her team. Crystal builds targeted sales plans that drive growth and alignment, and she finds true fulfillment in helping others achieve their goals while supporting, guiding, and celebrating them every step of the way.

Crystal brings a deep well of industry expertise, shaped by her roles as Sales Director at Dan Ryan Builders, Regional Sales Manager at K. Hovnanian, and Sales Professional at Foxlane Homes. She studied at West Virginia University and the Spruce School of Real Estate.  She holds Six Sigma White, Yellow, and Green Belt certifications, a Mortgage Lending License, and real estate licenses in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Family is at the heart of Crystal’s life. She treasures time with her 6‑year‑old granddaughter, Huntleigh, and her 8‑month‑old grandson, Jensen. Outside of work, she enjoys reading sales and motivational content to continually expand her knowledge. Crystal is an active member of the American Cancer Society, a dedicated WVU and Steelers fan, and loves spending time with her little dachshund, Emmie.
