Bryan Babbo

As Sales Director for our Creative Homes division in Minnesota, Bryan leads sales teams with a focus on strategy, growth, and performance. He is responsible for developing talent, guiding sales execution, and delivering division-wide results in close partnership with his builder. His leadership approach emphasizes problem-solving, clear direction, and empowering others to grow and succeed.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration from Kent State University, Bryan brings a diverse background of skills. His experience includes leadership roles with the YMCA, sales and account management with the Miami Dolphins, general real estate in Colorado, and continued growth within New Home Star after starting as a Sales Trainee. Each experience reinforces his focus on teaching, perspective-building, and helping teams flourish.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Bryan values family, teamwork, and continuous growth — both personally and professionally. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and three dogs, staying active through sports and snowboarding.
