Taryn Mashburn


As Sales Manager for the Tampa North division of Maronda Homes, Taryn is responsible for collaborating closely with our sales team to represent our esteemed builder partner. Taryn's primary focus revolves around managing the Focus Homes MLS, providing invaluable support to her director in daily managerial duties, orchestrating SAMI and Marketing initiatives, and meticulously overseeing the onboarding and training of new hires.


Since joining NHS in 2019, Taryn has had the privilege of partnering with two builders, affording her invaluable exposure to diverse people and processes within our organization. Recognized for her outstanding sales expertise and talent in cultivating meaningful relationships with clients, Taryn has achieved noteworthy milestones, such as the successful completion of MENSA X and LDP IX. In 2023, her outstanding performance culminated in earning the Highest Sales Volume accolade in June, achieving the Highest Net Sales in May and June, and receiving prestigious recognition at New Home Star's annual Sales Rally. She was also honored as the Sales Person of Q2 2023 for Maronda Homes.


Taryn's professional drive is fueled by her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on others, adeptly navigating complex challenges, and continually pursuing personal growth. She finds immense fulfillment in mentoring others to unlock their full potential, sharing her wealth of knowledge, and propelling them toward excellence. Originally from the Virgin Islands, Taryn boasts a rich tapestry of travel experiences, and loves visiting new places. Outside of work, Taryn enjoys playing pickleball, diving into a good book, and spending quality time with her friends and dog, Bentley.
