As Group Vice President of Builder Solutions at New Home Star, Nicholas Czar leads strategic initiatives that support builder growth, sales performance, and operational execution. He oversees the Builder Solutions Group, Online Sales Concierge division, and business development efforts, partnering closely with builders nationwide to identify opportunities and implement solutions that drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and strengthen overall sales results.

With more than 25 years of experience in new home sales and home building operations, Nicholas brings deep expertise in online sales, field coaching, and builder strategy. He is known for his ability to align strategy with execution, helping builder partners optimize sales teams, improve processes, and create a more predictable path to revenue growth through data-driven insights and tailored support.

Prior to his current role, Nicholas served as Regional Vice President of Sales, where he led operations across multiple markets and consistently drove high performance across diverse regions. He holds an ALM in Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Central Michigan University.
