Kristine Golden


Kristine Golden serves as a Client Success Manager, where she aids builder partners across the US and Canada in adopting New Home Star's training and sales tools. Her role is pivotal in bolstering their teams through strategic sales and leadership training, with a focus on exceeding company objectives. Previously, she held the role of Sales Director for Maronda Homes in Orlando, Florida, where she managed one of New Home Star's largest sales teams. In this capacity, she was instrumental in directing daily operations, achieving and exceeding client and sales targets, nurturing builder relationships, business development, and promoting New Home Star in various regions.

Bringing over two decades of real estate experience, Kristine possesses profound knowledge in construction and has operated her own general real estate firm. She has been recognized as a top performer, receiving the Salesperson of the Year award from K Hovnanian Homes and consistently qualifying for the President's Club with several builders during her sales tenure. Since joining New Home Star in 2019, she has been honored as a winner in the inaugural Top Gun contest, which highlights virtual selling skills, and is an alumnus of the esteemed Leadership Development Program.

Kristine is also deeply committed to health and wellness; she is a black belt in Taekwondo, a licensed massage therapist, and a certified personal trainer. An avid traveler, she enjoys exploring international beaches, is dedicated to assisting others, and has a keen interest in gastronomy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and maintains licenses as a Florida Real Estate Broker Salesperson.
