With a focus on CRM architecture and system implementation, she helps teams transform complex processes into clean, functional solutions that support alignment, efficiency, and long-term scalability.

Kasie brings a deep background spanning new home sales, digital marketing, revenue operations, and systems design. Her approach is rooted in systems thinking and operational clarity, with a passion for translating complexity into simplicity, ensuring tools, data structures, and workflows are designed to support people, not slow them down.

Based in Houston, Kasie is a mother of three with a full and lively household that includes a dog, two guinea pigs, and two bearded dragons. Outside of work, she prioritizes mindfulness and movement through meditation, fitness, dance, and yoga. She is also a lifelong writer and avid reader, interests that continue to shape her thoughtful, human-centered approach to problem-solving.
