Joseph Mancino


As the Training and Process Manager, Joseph plays a pivotal role in orchestrating comprehensive new‬ hire training programs and fostering ongoing training initiatives to refine processes for seamless‬ operations. His work involves strategizing, executing, and continuously improving training‬ protocols, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the necessary skills and processes for optimal‬ performance and growth.


Joseph has a versatile background and believes in the importance of change throughout life. He previously led a decorated career as an instructor at the International Academy of Design & Technology, served as Department Chair of Graphic Design at Sanford-Brown College Online, and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Career Education Corporation, where he was responsible for conceptualizing and executing a nationally distributed art and design publication. Seeking a change, he earned his Real Estate license in Florida, and has since transitioned to his current role, where he consistently develops tools that enhance our business alongside a team of driven professionals.


Joseph holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the International Academy of Design & Technology and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from American Intercontinental University. He is the survivor of three brain surgeries from age 27, and spends each day living his life to the fullest. He is an avid music and theatre fan, and particularly enjoys documentaries and thriller movies.
