LVCC is a massive space, and there will be lots of walking. Comfortable shoes and attire are a must. Business casual is the standard dress code, but attendees are also welcome to wear jeans or suits.
When packing for this event, guests may want to bring a backpack for flyers and promotional items, a notebook and pen to take notes, especially during the educational sessions, and a portable charger, as cell service tends to be slower due to the large number of attendees.

Parking and Driving: LVCC is located at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. Parking is extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ride-sharing: Both Uber and Lyft are available to pick up and drop off riders going to and from IBS 2027.
Taxis: Taxis at LVCC are available curbside at the designated taxi stands in front of the West, South, and North/Central Halls. The taxi stand for the North/Central Hall is next to the Vegas Loop station, across from the IBS Outdoor Exhibits.
Shuttle services: Group shuttle pickup is available at Harry Reid International Airport at Terminal 1 on the west side of baggage claim outside door exits 7 - 13. Shuttles are available at Terminal 3 on Level Zero on the west side of the building for domestic travelers and on the east side of the building for international travelers.

Day 1: Tuesday, February 2, 2027
IBS House Party is the largest networking event at IBS 2027. Attendees 21 and over will enjoy an open bar and heavy appetizers during the two-hour event. Tickets are $85 and always sell out. The official event theme and location will be announced soon.
The Nationals Awards Gala will celebrate the superior sales and marketing achievements of individual professionals, home builders, their associates, and sales and marketing councils. Event details and location will be announced soon.

The IBS Young Pro Party will bring together residential construction professionals under 40 for a one-of-a-kind networking event featuring an open bar, small bites, and live music. Event details and location will be announced soon.

The IBS Closing Concert will end the event on a high note with a private Counting Crows concert celebrating a successful week. Tickets are $75. The concert runs from 5:00 to 7:30 pm at the Westgate-Paradise Event Center.
