Requirements
We are seeking driven, polished professionals. Two years experience in new home sales with a proven track record of success is strongly preferred. A 4-year college degree, or advanced degree, is recommended. We are looking for the best and that doesn't always show on paper, so we are willing to listen. Basic computer skills and proficiency with the Internet is a must. Each employee must obtain a Real Estate License and a Broker's license is very desirable.
