We are new home experts. We work exclusively with new home builder and developer clients to provide world-class
sales and marketing solutions. We are licensed and insured to practice all forms of real estate,
but we don’t. We only sell new homes. We do not participate in the resale market. Our sales associates are full-time
employees with assignmet to one community. All of our attention
is on you and the sale of your homes. In fact, the members of our management team come exclusively
from new home building companies and have decades of experience with new home construction and development.
Made up of a team of individuals with backgrounds at all levels of homebuilding, we maintain a strict
focus on our responsibility to deliver profitable sales for our clients. We value intelligence and,
as such, deliver constant communication and disciplined reporting to our clients. We work, as a team,
to be on the leading edge of sales and marketing while never losing sight of the fundamentals.
Founded by a true industry expert, New Home Star benefits from experience and insight that comes from the
highest levels of Sales and Marketing responsibility inside the business. Founder, David Rice has been in
new homes sales for nearly a decade. In that time he has won countless awards
for sales and leadership excellence. He has held positions of high responsibility in the industry,
including a role of Regional responsibility with one of the Nation’s largest builders. He has managed
in excess of one billion dollars of new home sales including three different brands. He has guest lectured at public and private
universities and appeared as an industry expert in such forums as CNBC.
In a career centered on sales, Mr. Rice has redefined new home sales excellence for many in the industry.
He, himself, set a State record for new homes in Michigan with 101 new homes sold in a year. Today,
New Home Star sales associates continue to set records and raise the bar across five States in three Regions of the Country.
Mr. Rice held positions of Vice Presidency in Florida and Illinois and held regional responsibilities for
Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan with a top-three National homebuilder. During his tenure,
he led a sales team of more than 100 people from 32nd to 1st place on the National Sales Scorecard.
Mr. Rice sat on a National Sales Council responsible
with designing and launching sales training programs aimed at responding to industry-challenging market
conditions. His recruiting and training methods have been accepted as best practices throughout much of
the country.
Today, Mr. Rice brings his experience and passion to New Home Star. With a commitment to leading a
team of high-caliber new home sales professionals and to staying on the cutting-edge of innovative, cost-effective marketing,
Mr. Rice leads New Home Star to provide excellent solutions in sales and marketing to every client.
